No changes to budget we don’t want to raise dues
-
Maintenance and landscaping – we make sure they are maintained. Fencing and playground area only estimated life at 10 years and now at 14 years so replacement is a possibility.
-
Common area needs to be maintained landscaper will do if needed
-
-
Why do we have HOA and dues.
-
Advised by Corey – property needs to be maintained on common areas.
-
We are Ada County for parking and signs. City can do speed bumps.
-
Ada county sheriff is the enforcement of all roadway codes. They can patrol and regulate blocked streets and intersections. There is little the HOA can do about this but you can call Ada County sheriff to request a violation or concern and they can patrol for speed violations.
-
-
13 households showed up for the meeting. (there are 78 households in our subdivision)
-
HOA paid $250 to clean up the playground equipment. There was concern raised about the bird nests already in the roof of the playground. Even if removed they will come back and the benefit of them is they keep the bees and wasp out of the play area.
-
Concern was raised about the lingering of people on the walking path. Trespassing and looking over fencing and harassment of dogs contained in yards along the path. Homeowners were advised to contact Ada county sheriff.
-
Website has been update with new CC&R and Bi-law files. At this time to view these documents you will need to create and account in order to view this information. Possibly Corey can fix not creating an account.
-
When is the park going to be fixed per Corey there is a bid and waiting on results. ASAP Play ground company is out of Utah. Will post playground certification and liability – no risk or hazards to health and safety.
