RULES AND REGULATIONS:

The walking path entrances are at the end of Great Bear Street and Edenridge Drive of our subdivision.  This path is usable for all residents of Silvertip Subdivision.  This is NOT a public access walkway.  There should be no use of this pathway by anyone not owning a home within Silvertip Subdivision.  This is a "use at your own risk" area.  We are not responsible for any injury or accident while using this area. This area is secured by residential homeowners.  It is under the jurisdiction of Ada County Sheriff’s office for Misuse, vandalism and theft.  All violations will be prosecuted in accordance with state and county law. We ask that all animal waste be picked up and disposed of by the owners of said pets.  Pets and children may not use this pathway without parental supervision.  The pathway hours of use are from dawn till dusk.  It is also asked that you pack in pack out any garbage or refuse.  There is not a garbage area designated, and this area is only minimally maintenance.
