
Annual Meeting 2024
Meeting was called to order by President Dilan Christensen.
Went over expenses for 2023 and current expenses for 2024. A proposed budget was discussed including the rise in general cost of insurance and maintenance.
Introduction of our contracted landscaper James Cox. Discussion of the walking path renovation and maintenance of trees and dead debris to be completed by September of this year.
Current new concerns and changes:

Discussion of the walking path vandalism and new concerns. Possibility of installing solar cameras to monitor. Thoughts were that this is not that feasible of an option but discussion of placing pathway rules and regulation signs espically pointing out that you must pick up your own dog waste on the pathway was agreed to take place. Signs for the playground use were also discussed.

Went over some fencing issues that are present in the neighborhood and that these issues will be addressed on an individual basis to assess costs.

Raised the annual dues for 2025 to $250.00 per year per household.

Discussion about watching the speed coming through the division be slower because of the activity of children in the neighborhood.

Notice given that Ariel was leaving as the VP of the board. Cory Lamb volunteered to take the vacant opening. Later it was voted and agreed to place Corey in the opening as unanimous vote by all board members.

The drawing for free dues was done. There was a total of 22 households represented at the meeting so 2 tickets were drawn. The winners were as follows:
