HOA dues are billed on September 1st of each year. The HOA calendar year is from January to December each year.

If you have dues unpaid for year 2022 and older we will be assessing fees upon those balances by October 1st and placing liens against your deeds for payment. If you would like to avoid this future action you need to contact your board members by email at silvertip.bod@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY!
Your fees for late payments is $25.00 per WEEK! Also an annual rate of 24% interest on your balance. This can add up very quickly.
If you have signed a prior agreement with the association and you have not met your regular schedule agreement payments those are now void and we will be assessing a lien against your deed for immediate payment. A new arrangement will not stop this further action.
